The Professional Planners at Jasper Inn and Convention Center would like to help you in planning your special day. Our job is to make your day as easy as possible. Let us take care of the details. We can plan your wedding shower, rehearsal dinner and your reception. We can add a touch of class to that memorable occasion, large or small.

Our staff will see to it that all your wishes are carried out to the smallest of detail. Our convention center staff will be setting and cleaning up after all of your guests have gone home. There is nothing for you and your family to do. So just relax and enjoy your special day together.

We provide at no additional cost to you the following:

• Guest room for the newly wed couple
• Marquis with your names on it for congratulations
• Table cloths and cloth napkins
• Complete place settings: Includes dinnerware, glassware & utensil settings
• Skirting for the following tables: Head, cake, registration & gift tables

There is no time limit on the use of Convention Center. You set your own start time and stay as late as you wish.

Do you have out of town guests coming? Our reservationists offer a discounted group rate on rooms for the wedding guests.
